What is the average distance between bus stops in Tallinn?

There is this bus stop near my home which has caught my eye: the previous stop to it is very close, 170m according to Google Maps. This got me thinking - is the distance between those two bus stops the shortest among all the stops in Tallinn?

It turns out that the distance between the stops near my home is not the shortest. However, it does belong in the top 1%, or top 0.92% to be more precise.
